The UCLA Goldberg Migraine Program provides multidisciplinary care to patients with migraine, other headache disorders including cluster headache and post-traumatic headache, trigeminal neuralgia, and other pain disorders. Our care includes establishing a correct diagnosis, identifying exacerbating factors, and establishing a plan for acute and preventive treatment that may include medications, stimulation devices, injections, behavioral approaches, and complementary-alternative approaches. We use information obtained from the most recent scientific studies, including those done within our own program, to guide state-of-the-art treatment. There are exciting new therapies that are recently available and on the horizon, and our program is poised to deliver new therapies as soon as they are approved for use.
